White Cement Specialty's Warranty covers structural defects on pavers and coping used for pool decks, patios, and walkways for 5 years.

Driveway applications are warrantied for structural defects for a period of 1 year.

Thin pavers are not warrantied on driveway applications.

The warranty is on the structural integrity of the pavers and not the installation. Also, the recommendation is that pavers be installed from several pallets at a time, and that proper base material be used. The warranty is for replacement pavers only. White Cement Specialty's obligation is limited to supplying new material to replace the defective material. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

This warranty does not cover improper installation, the use of incorrect setting materials, damage caused by acid or chemical cleaning techniques, or pressure washing. Efflorescence is not covered by this warranty.
